I just got this gun it works pretty well right out of the box but I'm sure you can make it better

If you're talking about the Secret Target Strike (also known as the Secret Strike Pocket Blaster), check out Lefty's mod on the 3M site, http://freewebs.com/mmmich/, just click on the modifications link on their page.
