There is not a Secret Target Strike mod on this site but I found one here done by 3M http://freewebs.com/mmmich/. I have done this mod twice and both time it results in a bad, quick air leak. This leak always seems to originate once I cut down the barrel on the gun. Just wondering if anyone knows why this is happening or can help me fix the problem. Thanks.

erm...
*pulls SSPB out of desk drawer and stares down the barrel*
I think you may be cutting a chunk of the valve clean off.
try leaving 1/2" of the stock barrel, and file it down with a dremel to try and avoid that.

Actuall directions on some products:
On Pudding
"Product will be hot after heating"
On a Sweedish Chainsaw
"Do not try to stop with hands or genitals"
(Was alot of this happening somewhere? MY GOD!!)

I leave around 3/4" on the stock barrel to fit the PVC coupler over. If that is the case Tinkerer, does anyone know a way to fix this leak after the damage has been done?

If you've already cut into the valve, I doubt there's really any way to fix it. I'd suggest just buying a new one considering how cheap they are. Unless you're poor like me, then just look for coins on the ground until you collect enough money to buy one. Or sacrifice a school lunch or two.

Nice ompa. So if I pick up a new one or two, how should I go about the mod so I don't f*** up the valve again. I forgot I've done this mod 3 times and the first time I did it the gun came out good and holds a lot of power. It's the other two times that resulted in a leak. But I did the exact same thing to the guns all three times.

They're picky little bastards, just watch the valve at the end, it's really sensitive. I'd suggest cutting further up on the barrel if you really want to avoid hitting the valve by accident.

Talk to Uriel or Lefty on NHQ, they run that site and will be able to help you out. PM them.
