How far do the darts go after you mod them?Yea the AT3K does that if you don't use the proper airtech darts with it. It really sucks if you don't mod it.
In order for me to send pic you need to give me your email, because I cant seem to get pic up on nerfhaven.

Anyways, this is why people need to read sellers' feedback. I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but did either of you check the seller's feedback rating? Sure it was 97 or so percent, but did you see how many negatives they have? 3500. That means three thousand five hundred people were scammed or mislead. eBay help even says that the percentages are irrelevant compared to the number of positives versus the number of negatives. Of course, I probably wouldn't buy from somebody with a 65% positive feedback rating, but I wouldn't buy from somebody with 97% and 3500 negatives.
No mean to nag, just saying you should check feedback ALWAYS.

Older version is more pistol-like.

They probably dont even have a new one. I think I have some airtech darts left over from my at1k, and ill go see if it'l fire those.

Therefore you didn't get the item you bought, so you can tell that to eBay . It looks like the tank is sitting farther back because in that pic, there are no ammo holders. Here's a pic of it with ammo holders, but the lighting isn't as good:Yeah, thats the one i have, but for some reason it looks like the airtank is sitting farther back. Also, another reason to hate netclearances, the pic in the item discription was a nib older version!

Instead of heating a nail, I have found using a screw driver works better because of the handle. You can heat the tip, and the handle wont get hot.Seriously?Wow, they are scammers. 12.00 on an at2k is unbeliveable..Actually, not for me, they charged me 12.00 a piece shiping and handling too. Im gonna give them the worst feedback possible, and try to delete their account by complaining to ebay. Back on topic, I think i lost all my air tech ammo, so I used a hot nail to shape the holes in some micro stephans like the air restrictors in the at3k. it only shot about 6' flat, but i can fix that with a hacksaw, some cpvc, and some epoxy.I think I'll take out the cursed restrictors and do a simple barrel replacement. It still might only bring it up to about 30', but it dosent matter, im gonna use my sm1500 (once I fix the airtank) as my main weapon anyway. Also, is my sm1500 the newer or older one? its the one with the wierd thing connecting the handle tthe pump.

All items that Netclearances sell on eBay appear to be in good condition (unless we haveindicated otherwise by a 1 or 2 box rating). Please be advised that the items for sale are store liquidations excess merchandise and consumer returns and there is a small chance that the merchandise is defective or may have missing parts. This site poses a degree of RISK for buyers and is not for every bidder. We want to be very clear and upfront about these items. The pricing on the auction site is reflective of the risk a buyer takes.
I've avoided them like the plague because they sell returned items. They do make this pretty damn clear in their auctions so I don't know why you insist on bitching about it here. Christ, they even have a little ranking system to tell you how fucked up your purchase is before you bid on it.

It is extremely hard to miss the two pages of information and disclaimers in their auctions.
They link to this page which explains that they ship UPS from Canada and provides a shipping calculator. To test the calculator I put a tiny little answering machine they're selling into the calculator and it came up $11. Seems like they are representing their high shipping costs pretty fairly.
Seller info clearly states location in Canada. This is at the top of every item listing. Why a US resident would buy a $1 item shipped from Canada is completely beyond my comprehension.
92% of people have left positive feedback so I doubt very much that they serve "1st time buyers only as their primary demographic."
7% of people have left negative feedback because they didn't read the fucking auction listing. Welcome to the club guys.

Brain damage? Okay...Alright, it seems like a few people are seriously pissed off at this seller. I'm rather confused as to what kind of brain damage is required to think they misrepresented the auction.
...
7% of people have left negative feedback because they didn't read the fucking auction listing. Welcome to the club guys.
Let me just preface this by saying that I registered to this site JUST to reply to this topic in hopes that NO ONE EVER buys from these guys again.
How's this for misrepresentation:
They listed a "Maverick rotating barrel 6-shot nerf gun"
I won the auction and noticed that right before the auction ended they raised the shipping cost. I had no proof so I just paid it and hoped for the best.
Two weeks later, and no item. I emailed them and they sent me a tracking number. Another week passed and UPS still showed that the item had not been given to them. Another email and they said check the tracking number again. Nothing for another week. Another email sent and they responded that they would ship it immediately. Finally UPS showed that netclearances had given them a package to ship.
Two weeks later I get a package. What they sent me was the Nitefinder ex-3.
When I recieved the package, I went back to the ebay listing to use the email link on the item to let them know that they had sent the wrong item and noticed that they had changed the listing. It was an html listing so I assume they just changed the page the listing pointed to. They could not change the listing title so it still said "Maverick rotating barrel 6-shot nerf gun". They also deleted all the pictures for the listing.
After 2 weeks of 7 emails back and forth running me in circles sending them pictures and looking for non-existent "warehouse numbers" they finally admitted that they had sold the item to another bidder and could not replace it.
They offered me $2 in "instore credit" to keep the wrong item...
NOT ONLY THAT but they shipped from NEW YORK NOT Canada and still charged the rediculous shipping. They had nothing to say when I tried to call them on that twice.
I will not leave feedback for these guys and I can only assume that there are TONS of others who will do the same because these guys explicitly state that they will retaliate with negative feedback even if it their own admitted mistake.
Buyer definitely beware of these guys.
Oh, and sorry for digging up an ancient post...

If you are forced to do it on your own try to get a diagram of the At3K or try to follow Cxwq's mod for it. Ya ebay's good but once in a while they have these scammers. I also bought a gun off of ebay and it said NIB but it was clearly taped up and came with no ammo.
