Here's a picture of the way I cut down my TT's case, I did this because I thought it's case was pretty big for a pistol. You can do this if you want.

Here's your plunger, you can stretch the spring if you want but I would not recomend it. I suggest replacing the spring or adding bands or a bungee cord.

Glue the second piece onto the tube like this.

Now onto your barrel arrangement. As I stated above I used a Cpvc coupler/barrel set up. Here's how you glue the coupler.

There it is your done, I added some E-tape for extra support. For a your barrel I'd recomend 4.5-6 inchs, I'm using 5 and I'm getting around 60 feet.
