Check this out, it is awesome: www.naturalvoices.att.com You could have it say anything you want....Anything.... Just go to Demos and when there is an empty box, type something into it. Then click GO.

Text to speech has been out for years. It's even in games now... Unreal Tournament 2k4

If you want a quick laugh, go to window's text to speech like was said (win2k works too), turn the speed down to 1/4, and type this:

Ooh Jesus Christ. I'm so high. High is good.

HAHAHA
Yes, she certainly sounds like one high old lady. hahahahhahah. Especially when she says: "I'm so high".

Oh yeah, the more you slow it down, the more stoned she is.

Losers. I had text speech on my Macintosh Performa 450 with the word processor SimpleText...complete with 27 Mhz of ram. God, that thing is 15 years old and it still runs great.

I've got a text-to-speech program on my old Mac+, 1 Mb of ram and an 8 Mhz CPU! (not that I use it anymore... I've got a nice little laptop now.) Seriously, text-to-speech is old. Really old.
