I always felt that the newbies to the site should be given only two chances to improve, and only one if they truely fucked up. I mean, if they make one terrible post, and completely clean up, and remain that way, they're good in my books. It's when they clean up one post, and then start going AIM on us again that pisses me right the fuck off.

Oh, and on the topic of pictures... don't post unless they're original, please. Like Cx said.

Reminder: We were all newbies once... it's all about how you grow and learn, and adapted to NH that makes us the members we are. Some people just don't have what it takes.

Back on topic... we could easily give the Karma system a shot (minus the random mod thing). But we could make it so the negative stakes are higher (-3 and such). This would prevent more useless posts or flames. (Ugh..so that would put me at a pretty bad number...oh well.)

I don't think I'm going to be too far off. Seriously, it's not my life goal, but I think that alot of my posts have been constructive, as have yours; so a high post count isn't bad. I'm steady at 1.8 per day, which is just fine.

900 posts will be hard to climb to though... I've got 300 more to go.

My name is actually a surname, and rarely a first-name. Its pronounced Tayt, and is more often than not spelt Tate. My whole family has wierd names. My brother is Heath, and i have two sisters Jessica [originally very wierd, but has become so common] and Keziah, its hebrew, and we only know one other person with that name.
