I got my titan on Friday and a bunch of friends and I were playing around with it. On Saturday we shot it again and then the second time we tried it made a leaking noise. I opened it up and it can't hold air anymore. When I pump it sounds like the air leaks straight out the front. When I pull the trigger nothing happens because I think it can't store air in the tank. Please any help will be greatly appreciated.

I got the same problem when I was sanding down the breech valve(is that what you call the place were the air comes out?). Check and see if anything is stuck between there. I'm pretty sure it wouldnt be any internal problems, because I've dropped my titan alot of times, and it still stores it's air fine.

I had a similar problem. In my case the valve wasnt closing all the way. I fixed this by securing the trigger mechanism to the rod that controlled the valve and putting a stronger spring on the trigger. Now when the trigger returns to its normal forward position it also pushes the valve shut. There may be a better way to do it, but I had only fired it once and was in a hurry to fix my new toy.

If you think the barrel is leaking then you might want to try wrapping it in electrical tape.

Dude, if theres a leak in the barrel so small that you can't see it, it wouldn't be causing him this much agony.

I have a very fuzzy idea of the insides of a titan, but I think it is similiar to an SM5K with a massive airtank. (If im wrong, then let the flames fly) Well, it sounds like the thing which lets the air out of the tank (The valve) is busted, either it's cracked for any one of a dozen reasons or as Fuse said its not closing correctly. Do you see anything obviously wrong with the valve? If not, it might be your plunger. I would check both and give them a good sealing.

Oh, and did you do any sort of modification to the gun? Like plug the overrelease valve? If you did, it might be your plunger got screwed up or your valve blew because of too much pressure.

Well no, you'd be surprised. I had an air leak in my at2k that prevented it from shooting more than 3 feet, and the leak was so miniscule that I had to put it under water to find out the location if it.

Im not trying to be mean, but Oddball, this topic is kinda old. Moose never replied, so I'm assuming his problem is fixed at this point.
