Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know what ragnorock used when he painted his crossbow. I'm assuming spray paint and a sealer but if anyone knows specifics that would be awesome.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I believe he used Krylon fusion spraypaint.

Also, where do you guys get your black pvc? I've tried doitbest.com and the hardware stores in my area but I haven't found anything close.

The paint IS the krylon fusion paint. My Xbow is painted similar to Rags, and the Fusion paint has a sweet finish. Also, if u lightly sand and prime first, I have used a variety of spray paints without problems.

Actually, Ompa. The Sch. 80 pipe is normally the white stuff. Sch. 40 is gray, but I think that the black is a different type of the Sch. 80. And I really don't know where to find it, though the black PVC would be really cool, especially for h2h weapons that don't need to be seen in the dark...

Or if you wanted you could get 1/2 inch electrical conduit. Its usually a dark grey color.

Wrong Wrong Wrongitty Wrong. Sch40 is white, but there is also sch40 conduit used for running electrical lines which is grey. Sch80 is black or dark grey.

Sch.80 can be white. If you want the pvc to be black, just wrap it in electrical tape. Didn't Lech's custom airtech 3k have green sch.80 pvc? Or was the pvc just painted green?

Who cares what color it is? Just get the correct-fitting, white PVC pipe and paint it any color you want!

'Scalled Electric Tape.

Sch. 40 PVC in our area is white. CPVC is beige, haven't seen any Sch. 80 yet.
