I stopped playing HALO last year since I no longer have an X-box...I sense the sarcasm- sight rail, trigger, and trigger guard are up, now I just have to re-bondo some stuff, bondo the grip to make it look better, and paint it.

If it is too long, the best thing to do would make the usual barrel inside of a larger piece of PVC, the dart wouldn't be big enough to touch the sides of the larger piece of PVC(if you made it big enough) and therefore wouldn't lose you range.
