If you intend to enhance the power supply as well:

Dude, we have lives.
Haha, nice use of sarcasm. Wait. Shit.. That wasn't sarcasm was it...
No, not really. I for one can vouch that I don't have a life.

You don't NEED a new spring, you can just put on rubber bands or a bungee chord.

1. Take 1.5" of pvc and glue 2" of 17/32 brass in it. (You will need to wrap the brass in electrical tape to make it fit snug.)
2. Goop the pvc onto the plunger tube (Flat end, not the end with the brass sticking out).
3. Goop the coupler over the brass end.
Now for the barrel:
Glue 10" of 9/16 brass in a 12" section of pvc. (Again, wrap the brass in electrical tape)
Let Dry!!!!
Load the dart in the brass inside the coupler. Slide the long barrel into the coupler so it slides over the inside brass. Fire!
Just to make this clear, this design is based off of Cxwq's maxshot barrel.

Thanks for that...Just to make this clear, this design is based off of Cxwq's maxshot barrel.
I really don't see why everyone has to discuss each and every gun like it's a completely new barrel mod. Helllooooooo? The Xbow, BBB, and Max Shot are all basically the same mod. Likewise for the LnL, NF, TTG and SSII. Likewise for the AT2k, AT3k, AT4k, SM1.5k, SF, SS2, etc, etc...
I assumed when I posted the Max Shot writeup nobody would have to ask me how to do a high power spring gun any more - I've already photographed, written up, and posted my response! There just isn't that much variety in nerf guns. Except for some trivial bits like cutting away the case or how to attach the barrel, there are really only like 5 or 6 mods out there.

where'd you get all that shiz?Today was awsome. I got all the shit I needed plus 4 AT2K's, 2 NF"S, an RF20, and a retarded Razorfin to top it all off. Thanks for all the help. Oh, I don't know how to make a breech loader with the brass and stuff so some help would be great!
