Do you mean the whole story line and everything? Cuase if anyone (over 13. That is the age ristriction to this site) thinks it is real, there an idiot.

But if you mean all of the moves they do, some of them they can't pull perectly and endure some pain.

Incase you really DO live under a rock i'll explain. Yes, all wrestling besides the true real wrestling like in school or olympics is fake. Fake as in the story lines, the characters and to a degree the moves. However, when someone gets powerbombed, they really are landing hard flat on their backs. When they get slammed through a table, they really are getting slammed through a table. Things like piledrivers however are done within the safety of the other person. Their head is inches from the ground when it happens.

Wreslting like the WWE is mostly fake, but they really do take alot of beating and punishmeant from the moves. People have died from botched up piledrivers and stuff.

No, they hire women just to be hot now. I mean, they've been doing that for almost 10 years now. Of course the few chicks that actually might be able to wrestle well are pretty nasty, but they're becoming the minority.

Don't get shitty with me pal, I never said anything about athletic wrestling. I don't give a shit about that, and I know it takes a good bit of talent. I'm talking about the junk on TV. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding. I respect anyone who plays a sport, on the other hand, when it's "sports entertainment", well thats a different story. I'm sure it takes immense amounts of talent to be one of those wrestlers, but I've just never been able to get into it. More power to those of you who can, ask anyone who knows me and you'll know I don't watch television, so it doesn't matter anyway.

I hear the "Its just a bunch of sweaty guys in spandex" thing all the time. I've seen so many matches i don't pay attention to that anymore. Infact if you DO look at that then i think your the one who should be questioning your sexuality..

Wrestling is athletic, and saying its not athletic is simply stupid. Their is an amount of pain that comes with it too. Wrestlers backs and knees are just as bad as footballs players' after they've played that long.

Currentley, the WWE is pretty awful. The storylines are crap, and both shows are dominated by 1 wrestler (HHH and Kurt Angle). Recentley there has been a competitor called NWATNA (i made a thread about it earlier). They are totally different and id request anyone to give it a try.

Please though, dont just bash wrestling because its stupid. Hell i dont make fun of people who play war hammer or magic cards..
