Nice job southy. Yeah the purple thing Chessler like is my favourite. But the Max Shot is competing.

Is there a separate pump for the at3k or did you somehow integrate the two pumps into one pump handle?

It's interesting.

The 3K pump primes both tanks.

Don't worry about the things you don't know. Do sheep expand in the rain? Who discovered how to get milk from cows? And what was he doing in the first place?

Sorry, I didn't feel like going over to that anarchy.

That's pretty neat, 'cept what happens if you only need to shoot one airtank? Then you can't repump just that one...

Its really hard to explain how pumping works. I already explained it herehttp://www.nerfhq.co...opic.php?t=8473 it should clear things up. If you still don't fully get it, ask me.

I see. So in essence you have a 7 shot at3k with an improved first shot.

You say your at2k shot will be affected if you fire the at3k first. I don't understand, are the tanks connected? After the vinyl leads the air to each tank, shouldn't the check valves keep each tank self-contained?

And if they are connected, you would lose all the air after firing the 2k (which is why I'm led to believe that they aren't connected).

Whenever the pressure on the tank-side of the STS valve has a lower pressure than the pump-side, the higher-pressured air on the pump-side goes to the lower-pressured tank-side until there pressures are equalized. When they are equalized, the check valve closes and keeps them separate. If the pressure is lower on the pump-side of the STS check valve, the air on the tank-side retains its higher pressure. Thats my best explanation. If everyone still doesn't get it, come to one of the crazy-awesome Michigan wars and i will personally show you guys how it works.
