My friend has a powerclip and wants to mod it so it has a removable clip and can shoot stefans. I know that you have to just cut the air restrictors out of the clip to shoot stefans. For some guns, doing this will cause the gun to suck badly, I know from experience. Does this happen for the PC or not. Also, is the gun hard to put back together if your just going to file down the clip? Thanks.

Only if its done EXACTLY right otherwise you just screw up your gun, not worth the risk in my opinion.

Taking the air ristrictors out of the RF20 might be your expeirence. In that case if you take them COMPLETELY out, It will mess up your gun. But if you only cut the posts out it will work fine. If you take the air ristrictors out of your Powerclip on the other hand, It will improve quite nicely.

I've cut out the air restrictors, used a razor to cut off the ridge that hold the clip in the gun, and put a half-dozen rubber bands on the air tank, and I get superior results. I wouldn't recommend doing much else though, because it seriously jeopardizes the reliability and sturdiness of the gun. There is alos a mod to move the pump elsewhere on the gun, such as the left or right side. Some also add/integrate a, what, SM750 I believe (?) to give the gun a better-ranged component.

Actually, the only guns that get messed up by removeing the air-restrictors ( granted you did it CORRECTLY ) are the RF20 and I think the Wildfire. You need to put those little discs back in the pegs sit on.

Hey, at Foam Modified in the mod writeup for the powerclip, it says that the PC can be modified to be a sub-auto machine gun. I hope this is true, and I hope he doesn't mean pressing down the trigger and releasing it quickly for a 3 shot burst. Could someone verify this?

To my knowlage, their are no mods to limit the burst. Mabey he meant the fact that the clips are removable?

What do you mean by exactly? i'd like to mod my PC but now i'd like more specific info.

This is a bit off topic, but I took out the air restrictors in my RF's barrels completely, I cut off the little pegs, then just left out all the black things in the barrels and didn't even put them back in. My gun now shoots at least thirty feet flat, no, I'm not lying, I know this isn't the best range, but I took out its restrictors and pegs completely and it did nothing but help its range by about five feet and allowed it to shoot Stefans.

For my PC, I just punched the crap out of the back of the clip, and sanded the edges down. Then I banded the bladder. That didn't do much, so I took them off. Then my gun broke. But after a few seances and necromancy, I resurrected the beast. There's not much else I think you could do otherwise. The missing restrictors add to performance. Now if I get close enough, the beast scares the poo out of my enemies.
