Ok so I'm making a shotgun homemade and I 've decided to use 3/4 in pvc as the outer barrel and I want another piece of pvc or like material that will fit and slide around the 3/4 pvc. I've been trying to file out the inside of a 1 in piece of pvc but It's quite hard and takes a long time. Does anybody have any sudgesstions on how to sand away the inside?

Large drill bit and a high powered drill. My friend did that and it worked pretty dang well, except it took a few tries.
