maybe i can get my wussy 12-year-old followers into nerfing shape. they preformed poorly at armageddon, the only good move i saw by any of them was when my brothers friend (about 11, kind of tall for his age, asian, short hair) shot VACC (when almost everyone was watching). There were only three people left in the game and VACC had just capped off the other kid, pistol style.

Oh, and for the brass. You should use your built-in reamer to get some of the bend out, and then a dremel to sand it away. That's what I do atleast.
Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

I tested it on a piece of copper i had on our workbench from past modding experiences and it was amazing. PERFECT slice, but the brass was different. I got that annoying lip or "incurve" as you call it that makes it impossible to telescope and not to mention it probly isn't good for the darts. Almost immediately my dad saw it and picked up a "punch" ( in picture below ) and pushed into the "lipped" end and added a little pressure and twisted. You will find that it has made a perfect slice and the lip is gone from the punch. Remember though, you need to twist the punch until you can feel the inside of the tube with your finger and feel flat brass, not even a small lip, and this takes no more than 25 seconds per end.

Not really what you asked, but I prefer hacksawing and finishing my edges with a file, then sandpaper.when you cut brass with a pipe cutter, how do you get out that incurve?

That would be the reamer I spoke of. It's very akward and I don't like using it.The tubing cutter comes w/ piece to round out the inward curves.

Nope, I meant reamer. That's it's proper name, and it should be. I mean, it's usd to rip the brass a new asshole. You mean the little razor
on the end?
Anyways, yes, LDM is right, it kinda sucks unless it's a sharper one. Either way, it doesn't bore in far enough to do anything significant.
