Well maybe some people don't look at the topic list and only look at the portal page.

Hmm. Well, I personally either start in the forum index and "View New Posts" or I start on the portal page and open all of the links that I can rememeber that look like they have changed. I find that the "View New Posts" link is my best friend when looking about the forums.

Oh, and for the brass. You should use your built-in reamer to get some of the bend out, and then a dremel to sand it away. That's what I do atleast.

ok guys i have the answer, my dad remembered after 1/4 year of modding that he has a tubing cutter :(

I tested it on a piece of copper i had on our workbench from past modding experiences and it was amazing. PERFECT slice, but the brass was different. I got that annoying lip or "incurve" as you call it that makes it impossible to telescope and not to mention it probly isn't good for the darts. Almost immediately my dad saw it and picked up a "punch" ( in picture below ) and pushed into the "lipped" end and added a little pressure and twisted. You will find that it has made a perfect slice and the lip is gone from the punch. Remember though, you need to twist the punch until you can feel the inside of the tube with your finger and feel flat brass, not even a small lip, and this takes no more than 25 seconds per end.

Not really what you asked, but I prefer hacksawing and finishing my edges with a file, then sandpaper.

The tubing cutter comes w/ piece to round out the inward curves.

That would be the reamer I spoke of. It's very akward and I don't like using it.

I tried that a while ago, and it doesn't work. It takes some of the curve out, but most of it still caves in.

Nope, I meant reamer. That's it's proper name, and it should be. I mean, it's usd to rip the brass a new asshole.

Anyways, yes, LDM is right, it kinda sucks unless it's a sharper one. Either way, it doesn't bore in far enough to do anything significant.
