Have a great day, I hope you get your driver's license soon, maybe you could drive up to Buffalo =P for November.
What are you doing for your B-day?
*Cue Mike's HappyVACCday song...*
Later dude.
Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

Murphy MacManus: There were nine of them, you retard! What were you going to do with the last three, laugh them to death? Funny man?

Hey, I didn't know you were on the CC team. I was on the CC and track team all four years of high school (made captain my senior year, not to brag or anything) . What's your best time so far? Oh yeah, happy friggin' birthday, cranky!Wow, happy birthday. You're younger than I thought you were. Hey, did you know that the legal age of sexual consent is 14 in Canada? Next year, baby, the cross country team's takin' me out there...

Last season I ran a 22:02. Not too bad for freshman year, not great though. You guys?
And, thanks everyone!

But just keep with it guys, you will improve A LOT. Run as hard as you can in practice (pretend it's a race and try to pace with someone a lil better than you), and run on your own time, too. It also helps to sprint at the end of your practice run like you would in a race. Sorry, that's just the captain in me speaking. But good luck this year guys.
