Yes, so I am modding a BBB I got. I know that it should be 1" of 17/32" nested in 8 inches of 9/16" brass, but how?? I TLM says to shove the barrel down the stock one, but that would have a bad ROF, because a ramrod would be needed, right? So I want to have a better ROF, but I'm not sure how I will do it. I can either do it maxshot style (2 inches in the constricted barrel stub glued into the stub of the sawed apart stock barrel, with a coupler around it) or crossbow style (already nested, just with a coupler attached, sliding the SCH 80 PVC into the stub). Is any way more effective? Are the ranges reduced so greatly that the good ROF isn't worth it? If anything, I would guess the Max Shot style barrel is better, bur it would be probably miniscule, right?

It might be easier to just figure out how to get a pvc coupler on then just have the 17/32 nested inside the 9/16 in the pvc barrel. That would have much better rof since you can just load from the back.

Wouldn't loading from the back be harder that sticking a piece of 17/32" brass in the barrel, and putting a coupler around that? With the smaller section in the back of the 9/16" brass, and loading from the back, I have to find a way to hold the BBB, too. With the constricted barrel in the stun, I can hold the extension with two fingers, and load with the other, while holding the BBB with one hand.

I find that loading from the back is alot easier and also more durable because the 17/32 can break easier if it isn't nested into the 9/16".

Don't worry about the things you don't know. Do sheep expand in the rain? Who discovered how to get milk from cows? And what was he doing in the first place?
