Use side revolves, the axis position hits two holes, may revolve cuts on/off, off/on, I thought this design drawing may succeed!

I kind of see where you're going with this, but I still don't understand how it would work...

This could be a freakin gatling gun if you make enough barrels!

just make the couplers smaller, add more holes, add some sort of rotationaly mechanism and you've got a gatling gun!

I'd assume that you'd need orings for seals too.

Very good idea for a revolver! But... Whats the point of a revolver that revolves only twice before you have to charge it again I suggest making a revolver with 6 shots not 2.

Each barrel has the RCSB or whatever reloading system in it. This means that he would get 10 shots from the two barrels.

Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to see the pic for like 2 days... Would someone PLEASE save it and re-post it? As the website has been down for me as well, and I have no idea why.

Hope that helped.
To me it looks like too much work for any improvement in ROF. I usually don't fire off more than 5 shots without reloading. Unless I am using my RF20, but even with that, I never fire off the last shot.

Thanks Vintage. 3DBBQ, Very nice design, I love the simplicity of the design. Great work- a few seal problems that might pop up, but nothing I dont' think can't be solved with some good silicon lubricant or something like that. Or some handy o-ring work. My only complaint is that it might be a LITTLE bulky on some guns. Maybe find a different material for the main barrel and the 2 secondary barrels so it's lighter? PETG maybe, but then the problems with coupler types would arise...

That is absoluteley awesome. I'm already thinking of ways to attach more barrels.

One thought... You could use four way pipe connecters rather than the three way ones... Add an extra couple of barrels.

Instead of having to mess around with o-rings trying to seal that you could just use a compression coupling. They already have a rubber o-ring type things on both sides and there is nothing in the middle that you have to dremmel out. Here is a link with pictures of some. http://www.kbico.com...ts/compprod.htm
Awesome design 3DBBQ i like it.

EDIT: link had an error

Exactly how do compression couplings latch on? Do you pull something, slide the coupling over the pipe, and then release it? If so, it could have so many uses in homemade technology. You could have one CPS tank and swap it with different valves and barrel setups as you feel fit at the time. And of course, interchangeable barrels.

Im almost exactly sure that you turn the two pieces on either end to the left slip it on the pipe then turn it to the right. With the swish barrel design you could just put lubricant on the rubber parts and not tighen it all the way so you can turn the compression fitting.

EDIT: nevermind a compression fitting wouldn't work for this design because there is space in it where the air would just come out of the barrel you have connected to it
