The six brassy looking things that have a gray thing (nerf "shrapnel") are placed around the outer bladder (blue). The cyan stands for the air inside the unpressurized balloon/bladder. As you can see, the green straw or blowing tube blows right into the inner bladder, filling it up with air (purple). The inner (red) bladder is completely inside the outer bladder, which is why the straw is needed to blow up the balloon externally. The arrow of the blowing tube is just to show that you can make it as long as you want.

Here you see that the outer bladder has a knot or a firm airtight seal, enclosing the inner bladder completely. Currently, you'd be pinching that spot, or twisting it so the air doesnt come out. I have to figure out a way to make it so that there is a delay before the air comes rushing out. You'd have taken the straw out now, since you don't need it anymore.

The need for a mechanism that delays the release of the inner bladder is obvious because of the above picture. The air goes out, filling up the outer bladder and firing off all the nerf "shrapnel" in different directions.
I tried doing it, but two problems have arisen.
1) explained above, a delay is needed.
2) It's really hard to blow up a balloon when there is another outside of it. I don't wanna pass out every time I go to throw a grenade...
