My Vulcan's advancement mechanism has a stripped part, mainly to translate the motor's rotation into horizontal movement. Any ideas besides 3d printing? I don't have the funds for getting a printer, nor to pay shipping for someone to print the replacement part.

See if you can thrift/acquire a broken one for parts. Your local might have some parted out blasters you could acquire for cheap.
