• Everything is legal
 
Darts
• No hot glue domes
• Slugs and silicone domes are legal
• Stock ammo is legal
• Almost any alternate ammo is legal, as long as it's soft
 
Miscellaneous
• Eye protection is mandatory
• Bring water

For what it's worth, this is the ten year anniversary of the 2008 Minnesota Halloween Nerf Outing which was my first nerf war.

I'll bet hosting another one of these this year. But your best bet will probably be to come down for SPANO, which I will host in July, August or September (not sure which month it will be this year).
