I just [k26]'d my kronos, and it's currently supposed to be getting around 130 fps, which is much higher than it's original average of about 90.
[k26] is stronger than [k25]. It's a reasonably hard prime with [k26], but it should be a bit lighter with [k25]. You won't see as much performance as someone with a [k26]'d kronos, but it should be a bit more accurate. As a general rule of thumb, the higher the fps of a blaster, the less accurate it becomes. My kronos is still very accurate, but it has a lot more power. If you want to look at spring comparisons, take a look at this post. You really want to pay attention to the McM constant number. The higher that is, the higher the compression weight, and therefore more power.
You're also going to have to figure out how much spring you need. Captain Xavier and OutOfDarts both have good videos on this, and I'll leave finding them up to you.
