We largely believe that the way it works is not because of a typical rifling effect (spinning the dart =/= accuracy), but because it is a simple way to effectively vent excess air evenly around the dart. Several more experienced barrel makers report that they can match SCAR-accuracy with no device, but that requires more knowhow than the SCAR.

Waffle tips are LESS affected because they're really heavy.
The SCAR barrel is primarily compensating for not having a completely ideal barrel length for a given dart. But ideal length is a kind of nebulous thing that has a lot of variables, so having something you can adjust slightly is beneficial.

Well Elithenerficorn, the only way you're going to find out which darts work best for you is to buy some and try it for yourself. Depending on your blaster and its idiosyncrasies, and its owner and his idiosyncrasies, you're going to find some darts work better than others.
Consequently, some AccuFakes work way better than others. Buy a few. Do a few tests. Let us know.

Just to clear things up, I’m a trans girl who use she/her pronouns, and my name is Ellie,I created this account two years before I came out. If anyone knows how to change a username and could help me out, that would be great

I only have access to stock elite darts currently which is why Im looking into a scar barrel. I know waffle tips and accufakes are the best full-length but I havent bought any yet because Im not sure if they work well in sealed brass breaches
