Well, I'm sorry to post yet another problem here- but I can't find a solution to it... All the barrels fire just fine, except the 5th barrel. Using what I know of how a blastfire works, it can't be the spot where the trigger pushes the rod in to fire. If that were the leak, then all the barrels would misfire due to how the gun itself works. So I've narrowed it down to the firing chamber itself. I get the feeling there's a leak SOMEWHERE, but I detect no signs of leaking, out the front of the chamber or otherwise. However, going on Zero's interpretation of how the valve works, it has to be in the larger part of the chamber- past the partition or whatever is present in the hornet. It may be a defective valve, but I don't think it is since it worked before. I've sprayed lubricant down into the chamber, but to no avail. I plan to *attempt* the water solution, but before, I was wondering if anyone else may have possibly found a solution to a similar problem before I submerge my beloved hornet.

By the way- I can't get it off myself for I'm in lack of a small enough tool for this- There are 3 latches, behind the black thing on the end of the barrels, hidden between each of the barrels. I believe that if one can release all 3 of these latches, the black thing could be removed. If anyone could verify this... It'd be much appreciated. I'll try myself, but I only have an hour before school starts, and I'm not sure if I can properly get at the latches.

Problem being, we all modify the weapons... And that's pretty much voiding anything we can complain to Hasbro about.

That's right. You saw the point I didn't think of.

Bad idea. You're going to end up putting too much stress in that little portion of plastic that air originally goes into. Not to mention the cocking mechanism.
