Does anyone know what kind of PSI the Battlemax bladder puts out? By banding an RF20 bladder with two layers of bike inner tube, I have only been able to get it up to about 50 PSI, and I need more.

IIRC the scepter used a hard tank with a hammer valve to regulate shots. I've had some success with using a pulse master style spring loaded pressure chamber instead of a layered bladder for this kind of application, but you definitely trade off volume for pressure.

If two powerful is a problem then just go with one powerful. I guess this style of hopper will work even beyond three powerful..

Can confirm, Sceptor normally uses a hard tank.  I converted one of mine to use a bladder assembly from a Flash Flood, but it has not been an ideal solution.
