Hi All,

I'm having real trouble getting the blue diamond cut worker flywheels onto a set of Extreme XP Pro 180s. I've tried pushing them on by hand but ended up pushing the motor shaft and brushes out the back of the motor housing, repaired that. So then I tried hot water on the rubber inserts to soften them but still no luck. I just wondered if anyone had any ideas, I've not had this problem before but these are the first diamond cut flywheels I've used and their going into a cantilevered cage.

My only other idea is to try and use a g clamp and wined it down very slowly to push them on but should I really be needing to apply that much force?

Here is a file OFP released for assisting with flywheel installation. Not sure exactly how it works. I know that too much force on the shaft will bust it (youve blown it out, I think it can actually break too), but for the wheels to work well and be press-fit it is going to be tough to mount them.
