i am having trouble figuring out what size 16 mm 20 mm and 25 mm PVC pipe whould be for cpvc if anybody knows what that whould be and how to figure it out with other sizes too.

You're not going to find any direct replacements. Unlike metric pipe sizes, or "CPVC" aka "Copper Tube Size" pipe in plastic as well as our "Nominal Pipe Size" standards are not typically nestable dimensions.
