I have read ALOT of posts on nerf grenades and I havent seen on good topic on how to make they so I started to draw up designs. This is a drawing scaned onto the computer so it sucks. All I need is a way of perpelling out the ammo. Maybe you guys can help.

Yellow= The ball holing everything
Blue= Tape just holding together the "grenade"
Red= Seam bettween the two parts of the ball
Green= Highly compressed spring just waiting to let out the fury.

I know the pic sucks.

Well I can't really find out a good way of propelling the ammo unless you used a co2 cartridge with holes for where the darts would be propelled.

Don't worry about the things you don't know. Do sheep expand in the rain? Who discovered how to get milk from cows? And what was he doing in the first place?

I have designed my own Nerf grenade. It is made out of a frisbe and 3 nerf balls.
( The frisbes I have are made out of a light cloth and are foldable so that you could put it in your pocket if you wanted to.)To make the grenade, You fold the frisbe in half. Then, you put 3 nerf balls one side of the frisbe. next you fold it over. When the grenade hit's an object the frisbe will burst open and will shoot the nerf balls in all directions.

Try cuting a tenis ball in half, fill the halves with flour, and put them back together again with a rubberband. you can even put a tubed spring in the center of it. Get a machanicle pencil and cut the working part out of it. Then, with the hallow part, put a spring 4 times the length of the pencil and make sure that the pencil part is only the length of one half a tenis ball. Glue the pencil into the bottom of one half and then close it up. Take the band off and trow the nade.

With the band missing, tape 2 peaces of tape on the crease in the 2 halves so it wont go off on you in the air.

So, just pull the pin (band) and through it.

Taita, thank you so much. I can't wait to try them out. You are the god, not 3DBBQ. :P :nugget: :D

:o Thanks a bunch.

The thing is though, 3DBBQ has the parts/friends/money to build these. I merely conceptualise a lot of things. Sure, i like to explain them well and put them in a visual format, they are still concepts.

On the other hand, i have tested these grenades, and they are a bit of all right B)

Yeah try taita's design, works great! , but be carefull because its a pain to pick up the bits. I've even enabled my blast bazooka to shoot them and shoot darts aswell. I'm yet to use it in a war but I hope too eventually. <_<

So you have a Grenade Launcher? Schweeeet. :(
Now if only it had an RF20 attached to it. That would be an awesome integration.
