If you do a quick search on Google, there are plenty of sites where you can buy it from, such as Alibaba.com and Amazon.com where you can buy it from. Hardware stores usually have varying sizes of PVC/Conduit piping in their plumbing and electrical sections. Good luck finding what you need.

You're not going to find mm (millimeter) sizes of PVC in the United States. I'm guessing you're looking for it because you read/watched something from a Australian or Asian nerfer....they only have mm sizes of PVC, just as we only have inch sizes. You might be able to find waht you are looking for online, but maybe not easily.
It you tell us what you are trying to use these sizes of PVC for, we may be able to suggest alternatives.

You also started a thread on Sledgefire springs. Did you see the MTB video and are you trying to replicate that?

Are you following an Australian/SG/whatever writeup? If so, link to it. I could see what kind of stuff you could use in place of the conduit/other parts.

Pipe standards are a bear; they're different depending on which country/region you're in. If you're in the US, we have a wide variety and a deep knowledge base so we can find you the parts you need. im in the us so any buy links help

You could just layer 1/2" into 3/4" into 1", using tape to fill in any gaps or sand pieces until they all fit nicely together. Then use a thin layer of epoxy putty on the point of connection of that PVC sandwich where it connects with the air source on the blaster and sand it down until its smooth.
That's just one way to solve your problem. It's called problem solving.
