It was really fun, so let's just do it again on my Birthday. I kind of wanted to do one sooner, but July and August are usually just too damn hot.

That's not even slightly important. I got more hits with Triads at the last SuperNoVA than I did with anything else I brought. We're doing a meddly of round types in a small park that doesn't offer any considerable advantage to longer-ranged primaries.

I will have to sneak out during the first or second round in order to go to the Post Office. But other than that WE WILL NERF for the maximum number of rounds that we can squeeze into the timeframe.

Pros

+ Nice weather

+ I GOT A HIT WITH THE SPIDERMAN BLASTER

+ A fair number of Triad hits

+ VERY thorough dart sweeps

+ I got over my cold

+ Post Office break mid-war

 

Cons

- Park was triple-booked with a teeball game and a birthday party. So we had a limited field.

- I was poorly prepared blaster-wise. I forgot to get my loaner primary setup earlier this week, I didn't have time to tune the Pirahna, AND I forgot to replace the hex nut on the plunger in my newer Caliburn so it was only cooperating for 2 rounds at a time.

- I procrastinated getting the war-essential supplies ready and had to wake up early this morning. bleh

Pros

+ Nice weather

+ Good amount of attendees

+ Nemesis worked perfectly, even against someone with an NIC-tier Big Bad Bow

+ Blob was fun

+ Got to borrow a Raider stock for my Rampage

+ Despite limited field, dynamic was pretty fun

+ Melee duels

+ Sharing Rival ammo

 

Cons

- Although my Hammershot fit in my pocket surprisingly well, it fell out when I ran

- Rampage was completely ineffective, being un-modded

- Had to leave early because of mosquitoes

 

Over all, probably one of the best wars I've been to.
