I need a good EAB mod not including the one from this site.

Yakmans PVC mod. You can easily substitute the pvc with a different barrel, such as brass. I also reccomend replacing the spring, as the stock one is rather weak. Go to your hardware, find the springs, and look for a Century Spring Co. C-882. Cut this in half, stick it into your EAB, and with a decent brass mod, you should get at least 70-80 feet level.


EDIT: Just take your spring in and look for a replacement if you cant find the C-882.

There's always the Foam Fortress EaB Mod. That's Vassili's creation. I think its similar to this sites, though. One other thing, why don't you want to use this site's?

I can't find that type of barrel.

1/2" SCH 80 PVC can be found at any hardware store for cheap. Home Depot, Ace, Loews, etc.

Replace it with a normal sch40 PVC barrel and then stick 9/16 brass inside.

I've actually redone my 3 EaBs with 14" telescoping brass barrels.

At some point I guess I'll have to update the mod.
