Okay, yesterday, Bobert came over. We decided to work on our guns. We took my 3k with the broken barrel assembly and put one of the barrels that ShortShit came up with on it.

Then we went to my Maxshot. It was desperately in need of a mod, and so we opened it up. Right at the end of the plunger shaft, there was a fairly large crack. What do you guys suggest? I already put some hot glue over the crack, but is there anything better than that?

Thanks.

You could replace it with PVC. Might work.

Epoxy sheet metal over the crack.

Its your best bet.

If you do take the sheet metal approach, don't use epoxy, it is too brittle for the stress that will be put on it. Find other glue, goop probably being the most common.

Sounds good. I'll try to pick some up when I go get more parts for more of your barrels.
