I have recently installed a OMW immotal kit into my longstrike with a 7kg spring. It works very well exept for the fact that i have to prime with two hands. It also doesn't help that my priming handle keeps falling out. I know how to fix that, but thats not what i am here to talk about. I have seen pump-grip mods for the longshot, but none for the longstrike. So I am asking:

A.if it would be possibe to make a pump-grip mod for the longstrike and how.

B.If it would actually help me not put pressure on the internals like one-hand priming does.

Thanks

What you can do is put hot glue in the female side of the priming rod and push the two parts of the bar together, and both the 5kg spring and 7kg spring need two hands to prime. I would know, I have a 5kg Immortal kit installed (And got my hand jammed inside the damn thing while installing it). As for pump grips, well, I don't know, in all honesty.

No problem! I will warn you about something though: If you want to take it apart, well, that's not happening once you hot glue it, but whether or not it's a bad thing is your call.

Thanks for warning me. I am planing on taking it apart again to paint it, so I don't think i will do that. Thanks anyways! I was thinking of just getting a metal rod and screwing on some nuts. And if I wanted, I could solder them together.
