What's it called? Dart/water hybrid blaster

Can anyone name this blaster? It's upper half spins 180 degrees to become either a dart blaster (fires old school megas) or the other way to be used as a soaker...
Gut the electronics, drill a hole in the shell, and attach a crank to the gear. Bam, crank-action stampede that doesn't require batteries, or even a trigger.
...(also judging by your past posts, I would consider you pretty dang wise elder like in the modding community
)

Probably one of the strangest Nerf lines I've seen.
A couple years back, I found one called the Switch Shots Super in a thrift store; it was basically the same thing but smaller and with only one barrel.
The plebiest of the plebs.
