*to note
This war is a stack on NYCNO and therefore more rounds allowing DIY will be pushed, however lunch rounds will probably be Superstock/pistol rounds, however that shouldn't be a discouragement.
Somehow we get really lucky and get a ton of people who just know about the war and show up, but don't reserve on NH or FB.

There is some footage of these, and it's a pretty symmetrical field with mobstacles, and is very viable for superstock.
The following clip is one of the end rounds, where our team had a superstock mix with DIY against a full team of homemades, proving superstock is a viable option. However, competitive loaners will be available if you want

If I am cold, which I expect to be in the morning, there will be a lot of rounds and not a lot of downtime.  There will be plenty of opportunity to use everything.

The last one was pretty intense, so I'm definitely looking forward to this again. Perhaps we need more mobstacles though. Maybe I'll supply a round 2 later.

agreed, we have a similar cover layout.

Also, we should have enough loaners for mostly DIY
However we're low on loaner darts,

Hey everyone! I would like to thank DX for hosting this amazing event and everyone who came out to nerf and have fun. Even for a small war of nine people, it was definitely worth it and shows that even small events can be really fun.

Pros:

  • Seeing and talking with everyone again
  • Getting in lots and lots of high quality rounds with good playing and teamwork
  • Was fully warmed up by round 2- a new record
  • Proving to Van that my team can win and that the second round when making teams is always a better game than the first
  • Meeting Gram
  • having fun cover with the simplified mobsticles, trash cans, and chairs
  • hitting a new level of playing starting round four
  • Great time overall
  • Chatting with Jax and DX

I hope to see all of you soon!
