So I've been using ace brand silicone grease, the packaging claims that it's safe for plastic and rubber. I recently read on Reddit that ace brand grease is bad for blasters, but I wasn't sure so I figured I would ask, thanks.

If its in a white circular tub, then don't listen to them. Yes, its consistency is thicker than the lubricant seen in stock blasters, but I've been using it for at least half a decade now and never had a problem with it.

I find that the thicker grease works better on blasters with skirt seals, and thinner silicone lubricants work better for floating o-rings. I have used the grease on o-rings, though, and it works just fine. Not optimal, but fine. It's better than not using lube, you can quote me on that.

Thanks guys, everything seems to be working fine, I was just worried I made some catastrophic mistake.
