These were discovered by pSyk, and they work really well for being so cheap. They include a foam gasket in the lid and on the threaded side. The lid is spring-loaded and flips open once your depress the pushbutton. The ID at their narrowest point is .600"

He goes over using water bottle threaded necks glued on the OD of clear PVC in order to put these on a hopper magazine. I did the inverse and turned down some pipe couplers.

I turned the OD down to .995" then cut them in half.

I then filled the gap with 2-part epoxy (Plexus M310).

I ordered these for $5 each on eBay.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Any links for international buyers? I can't seem to find a purchase link that will ship to Canada (or really anywhere outside the US).

First the hole door, and now this? Cheezus, Slug. Thanks for bringing this to NH, I never would have seen it otherwise.

I've only found one supplier in the US myself. These are manufactured by Daiso and don't even seem to be listed on their website store. You may want to ask the eBay seller I linked about shipping costs to Canada.

If they're not willing to, I might be.

Slug, what material are these made of?  Looks like polypropylene?

Sounds about right to me. As a result they're kind of picky about adhesives. Super-gluing a water bottle thread onto a hopper tube is likely to be the easiest way to adapt these.

I tried one of these today, and they are amazing. Far faster than ball valves, and there's no chance of darts getting stuck or chopped. A single wrap of electrical tape around the PVC makes a very nice tight fit on the inside of the bottle, and then I'll probably seal it with rubber cement. Unfortunately my hopper fell out of my blaster and landed on the cap, shattering the hinge. I immediately ordered two more on ebay.

Testing these out at CTNO this weekend (used the water bottle threads method), will have feedback then.  I've actually still been using regular PVC endcaps on my hoppers up until now...

I unfortunately just got into rscb's instead of hoppers, and i have been using a coke bottle's top cut off and glued to the end of my rscb, and it is incredibly slow. Would this work for a rscb aswell?
