Copper is a very sucky barrel material. Use Cpvc or brass. :P

You could also go with 5/8 fbr and ½ PVC, that usually works for me. It all depends on your materials though.

Copper is rarely ever used because of people's FBR. It hardly ever fits it nicely. However, 9/16" K&S brass is great for 1/2" micros.

If you're foam is 5/8", 1/2" Sch. 40 PVC is your best bet.

I recommend staying away from 5/8" and just sticking with 1/2". That's just my opinion, though.

Actually, I was at the hardware store, and bought 1/2" copper. This copper was very thin ID, and well, fits our darts nicely, slightly wider than cpvc. Fits similar to brass.

Go with what works best for your darts. My FBR fit 1/2 in copper, but I highly suspect that your darts and pipe are a different size. So, grab a dart and head down to your local hardware store. Look around in the pipe section, trying as many different pipes as you can. When you find a pipe that the dart fits in nicely, buy it and use it for your barrels.
