The GTA's Nerf scene has been slowly coming back. In terms of NIC wars, there is a group that semi regularly holds wars - I try to go to a few to see the people up there. I'm not sure when the next one is planned, but it'll be posted on NH when it happens. Last winter's war (an indoor one shortly after New Year's ) was a smashing success.

Too bad it cost $1000+ CAD and a lot of people didn't pay. We usually hold them in a park in Mississauga, very cheap to rent and it's off the beaten path so nobody bothers us. Always nice to have more Canadian nerfers. Please check out "Canadian Nerfers" and "Nerf Buy/sell/trade CANADA" facebook groups, they are great for questions and the like. We usually only post wars and writeups on NH.
