I was going to buy an air powered supersoaker this week to mod so it shoots elite darts, but this would be my first time doing something like this, so I don't know what supersoaker I should get or how to do it. Any advice is appreciated.

Also FIRST POST WOOHOO.

The only super soakers I know of are the Hydro Cannon and the Super Soaker Max D 2000. There are a lot more, but their names evade me

Most of them are going to have too large of an air reservoir to propel Nerf darts at speeds that are acceptable for use at a war.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

First, a disclaimer. Many war organizers do not allow the use of singled, micro dart barreled soakers. So keep that in mind when making your choice.

There are not many current-production soakers that will be suitable for conversion. Certainly not anything in the Hasbro line, but some of the Buzz Bee CPS-type soakers would be okay. Used soakers like the Arctic Blast, Arctic Shock, or Flash Flood are common finds at thrift stores, and are capable of such power as to be dangerous. I am sure someone here would be willing to sell, if you cannot find what you want locally.

Use a shot blast. When modded they are powerful but not dangerously so like other soakers. You could also use a flash flood and add a new oprv that cracks at a reasonable pressure, or an air release hole to slightly redice power.

The new Buzz Bee Water Warriors Gargantua uses an elastic bladder like the old SS Hydro Cannon, which is a beast.

I thought about modding mine but just waited for the BB Destiny to come out, uses the same type of elastic bladder.
