I was in a very similar situation last fall. I was home schooled for the majority of my life. Instead of going into highschool, I went into my freshman year of college. The biggest change was work load, my personal home schooling method was that of unschooling and self-learning. Though I also did the core subjects, Mathematics, English, State/US history, and Science. College really sucked at first because I was 15 and not able to drive myself to class, but this last spring semester was alot better with having a car and all.
Don't get involved in hard drugs (binge drinking, coke, heroin, methamphetamien, ect), those are bad.

Don't act like an ass, or stay to quiet, find a good asshole-shy-nerd balance. Don't join a fucking sports team inless your good/enjoy the hell outa' it. Also, keep on-top of your work. If your not a total social outcast, or do not have some sort of major developmental or personality disorder you shouldn't have trouble meeting friends.
