Hi, i have a nerf rapid strike with 2 of these http://www.ebay.com/...boAAOSwk1JWdcVm

im going to get a new lipo because i have 3 trustfires and the voltage sag is terrible. Could i possibly run these on a 4s? I'm also going to put a third one in for the pusher arm.

Thanks!

Hmm...I've seen those before somewhere... I think it was FDS's guide to motors. 4S might be too much. To be honest those are actually relatively high-end motors, and really it's just overkill. I'm going to say 7.2 volts should be okay. But ask someone else.

Edit: If you don't have a voltmeter, get one. LiPo safety.

Don't you just love it when you FINALLY finish that build you've been working on?

And then something breaks?

Fun.

Do yourself a favor, don't go above a 3s lipo and definitely make sure you use a voltage meter. Those are solid motors, but bear in mind they require cutting the shell in order to fit

I have a voltage meter and i'm getting a 3s lipo soon, i just wanted to see if it was possible. I have another one of those motors that a snapped the magnet it a clamp and its missing a brush, i could test it on that one.
