welcome, lets break this down.

1. what do you mean by "sucks them back in", do the darts get sucked back into the plunger tube?

2. pictures are always extremely helpful, and with something like this a video would help people figure out your problem as well.

3. when you say that you modded it what exactly did you do to it? its hard for us to help when we dont know what you changed. the more information you can give the better we can help.

ty for the quick reply, so i took the locking mechanism for the jam door off and the safety switch and i soldered them and hot glued them down. i also took the plunger tube out and cleaned it like and took the air restricter out just like in lord draconical's how to video. and its is sucking them back into the plunger tube and im not really sure why

Do the darts go all the way back. If so, you used to big of a drill bit. I have done that before, I just put a little hot glue down it but I would recommend epoxy puty. You can control it better then hot glue.

This is why Vulcans are better (jk)

I think you might have too tight of an air seal so what you could do is keep something to restrain the dart from going back into the plunger tube.

Thats what I meant by putting epoxy in the tube. I know it may not sound like it would work but trust me it does.

what you need to do is put a dart stop into the plunger tube, since you removed too much material nothing is keeping them in place. your dart stop can be a little bit of hot glue or epoxy putty like has been suggested, but a better and more sturdy idea is to install a piece of wire perpendicular to the plunger tube.

I have never messed with a stampede, but I'm fairly certain you can drill a hole right here:

Nerf Stampede Internals - 03.JPG

drill it through both sides the same size as a wire coat hanger or other similarly sized wire, insert it through and seal it up so its air tight and you'll be good to go. of course if this placement fouls something I don't know about then don't do that, but you understand the idea.
