I can load my darts (or at least my FBR blanks) into my CPVC barrels if I essentially screw the dart in. Once it's in, I have to ram it out with a stick; I can't puff it out. Is this a good fit, or should I look for looser CPVC?

Also, would this be too tight for a hopper?

Ideally it should be a decently tight push fit but that works. I'd look for a barrel material that's a little bit looser but that'll work out of high powered blasters like 4Bs just fine.

Ok for a Rainbow? Singled Titan? Tornadobow? Mk8? (K25s in the springers)

Should be fine in those, I've used similar fitting darts in my +bow and they fire fine. My +bow has a [k26] though so you might get a little less range than normal but they should still fire well enough. Hoppers will be fine too.

It sounds too tight, and you probably have to find narrower foam or get a different barrel material like PETG or sched80 1/2" PVC to match the foam you have.  You could bring a scrap of CPVC and/or foam to the hardware store, or a hobby store with a brass display and see what you can get to match.

Edit: Stop fucking around and finish your damn gun.  We're not going to tell you if your dart fit will work with a hypothetical gun you haven't finished building yet.

my "springer fit" definition is using a slight twist to push the dart in while holding the tail of the dart, but not a ton of force. usually if the dart "pops" when it comes out your darts are too tight.
