(This address will take you to a house across the street from the correct entrance to the park. There are multiple sections of the park, if you just look up grant park it may not take you to the right entrance, so just use this address)
RULES:
AGE RESTRICTIOS: I am not going to ban anyone by age necessarily, but if you are under the age of 13 i would like a parent to be present and understand the basis of this style of nerf war. We will be using highpowered blasters with aftermarket and homemade ammo types, if you're not okay with going home with a welt or two you probably should not attend.
DARTS - Slug style stefans, FVJ's, china darts, and stock elites all acceptable. No glue domes.
BLASTERS - Blasters will be decided mostly on a case by case basis.
Higher powered NIC style blasters encouraged, but usual NIC restrictions will still be in place.
Any airguns meant to shoot large ammo in stock form may not have a plugged pump unless decided otherwise by otherwise by the group.
No singled Titans, No Super Soakers.
MELEE WEAPONS - Generally extremely erotic. No large axes, small (less than 2 feet long/6 inches wide) nerf brand/other foam swords allowed, but not encouraged.
No Shields
BARREL TAPS - If you are using a high powered blaster and do not wish to diddle someone point blank, it is acceptable to yell "BARREL TAP" or "BANG" and fire your round into the ground.
EVERYTHING WILL BE RUN ON THE BASIS THAT WE CAN RESPECT EACHOTHER AND RESPECT THE RULES. IF SOMEONE CLEARLY WOULD HAVE SHOT YOU WHEN YELLING BARREL TAP, ACCEPT IT, GO OUT, AND CONTINUE WITH THE GAME. JUST THE SAME WITH GETTING HIT. IF SOMEONE CALLS A HIT, ACCEPT THAT THEYRE PROBABLY TELLING THE TRUTH, SAME GOES FOR CALLING HIT, JUST BE HONEST, ITS A GAME, HAVE FUN.
