I want to integrate a raider stock onto a nerf fury fire. People use apoxie sculpt and smooth cast but I have bondo. Can I use the bondo for nerf integrations?

No. It doesn't have the bonding strength. It's basically a gap filler. It has some adhesive properties, but not enough for any serious application. I'm assuming you're integrating the attachment point, not the actual stock? If so, use solvent weld (PVC/ABS glue) or liquid epoxy and if you'd like you could use the bondo to make it look cleaner.

I've been told that methyl methacrylate-based adhesives will give you the some of the best bonds between pieces of ABS (which is what nerf shells are made of).

 

Thus, I suggest this type of epoxy. They sell it at Lowes.

Use Devcon Plastic Welder. It's seriously the best shit ever and I use it on everything that's load bearing and made out of plastic.

 

If you want to use Bondo to fill in the gaps, that's fine. But treat it like epoxy putty; it's not intended to be a structural adhesive.
