Now at first I thought WHAT THE HECK IS THIS(which anyone would due to how weird this looks), but then I decided I may as well ask if anyone has any info on these type of knockoffs and wether or not I should try one out.

You could try but I probably wouldn’t recommend it, i looked at the website you linked and it seems that they had pretty much a knockoff for everything, these are the types of things carnivals/shows sell in australia and are of a really poor quality and build strength

Probably from the same people who made the photon storm and that stampede/longstrike knockoff. So I'd expect similar build quality and performance.

So it has a "pump handle" but the title and description clearly label this thing an "electronic toy". So it's really a swarmfire?

Nah, "battery" is in the description for all of their stuff. They just slap on a bunch of tags so that it gets caught by your search engine.
