I've heard of a rayven with an afterburner. I've heard of an autorayven with an afterburner. I've heard of a strayven with an afterburner. I've heard of a centurion with an "afterburner". I've heard of a rapidstrike with 3 afterburners (Wow!). But now, the modulus? Non-homemade springers may actually become obsolete (I don't know if this is a good thing).

This is the first I've ever heard of the "afterburner" mod.

Really? I've seen some Aussies do this with a Rayven a while back. I believe it was Liam's nerf mods or something.

Really, although it's probably more of an indictment on me not knowing anything, rather than the merit of the mod.

i'm not sure whether that is because it's overkill and unnecessary or because it takes a special kind of crazy to make one.

Springers will never be obsolete. Can't beat the reliability. But I am a bit biased, considering the only airgun I use is a 5K, and I never use flywheels/stringers/whatever else.

I said might. And you're right. They are more reliable.
