Hello,

As anyone who owns a roughcut knows, the darts in the barrel are constantly popping out, so my question is, does anyone know any good ideas about how to fix this?

Any suggestion is welcomed :)

Use fresh darts, or put the ones that pop out inside a pillowcase then in the dryer to poof them back up.

Gut the electronics, drill a hole in the shell, and attach a crank to the gear. Bam, crank-action stampede that doesn't require batteries, or even a trigger.

...(also judging by your past posts, I would consider you pretty dang wise elder like in the modding community  )

Ok thanks. I don't have many new darts so i think i will try the dryer idea. Never knew that revived old darts. Thanks so much!

Rebarreling the rough cut would also solve the issue. Use 17/32 brass for stock darts. There was a guide to rebarrel the triad that could be applied here as well.

I have heard that happening before as a result of the AR springs, which is why the instructions say don't store darts in the gun. I would suggest either try new darts or find new AR springs if they exist.
